Man, Frank is a great well of knowledge and can actually teach. He can help move you from brand new beginner to feeling like you have some tangibles. The team is great and the training is so fun and addicting! You’ll be wanting more from day one.

Love this gym! The location is right on the way to work, makes hitting a 6am class doable, and one on the way home easy. Feels like I get the attention I need. Saturdays 2 hour classes are my favorite.The people here are great too. Coaches to the students. Everybody here can teach you something.

The instructors and more importantly culture of this gym is one of the best I have ever seen. They are family oriented, and very good with children and adults. Whether you want to lean up and look better, or become a finely tuned competitor, this is a great place. Frank and Cole are great.

A welcoming, professional environment, a great program for kids! They do a great job of making them work hard without them knowing they are working. It’s a fun, controlled environment for them to learn Jiu Jitsu and discipline.

The G B Greystone B J J team has made feel at home. They have always encouraged me, spent time with me to make sure I was learning and also making sure I was safe! I would recommend G B Greystone BJJ to any person male or female from the very young to someone who has retired looking for self defense and or sport/hobby. For me it is as much mental therapy as physical therapy.All I can say is Thank you GB Greystone B JJ.
