Been a member for a year now! Love it, friendly welcoming safe atmosphere. The staff gets to know everyone. We just got new equipment too! You won't see anyone in here playing around like at the big box gyms. Joe is an Awesome Trainer! Loads of Experience and knowledge!Veteran friendly is a plus too!

Highly recommend this gym!!I’ve always felt safe and supported while in the facility. The owners are very knowledgeable and responsive and make sure they are always improving to support clients’ needs.The other trainers and members are positive and encouraging and create a supportive community you can feel just being there. Definitely a great environment for wherever you are on your health journey!!

My experience at sculpt has been awesome. I love the downtown location and the facility itself, including the new equipment. It is an accepting and safe atmosphere for beginners to experienced gym-goers. I have so enjoyed my personal trainer Abbie! She is an awesome coach and knows how to balance when to push you through and when to help modify your workout. She is knowledgeable and approachable. She is also passionate about fitness, health and well-being without the rigorous pressure, which is something I value!

Sculpt is such a unique gym with an awesome atmosphere. No nonsense, no drama. Open 24/7. Just a dope, safe space to come train. Totally recommend checking it out if you haven’t already!

The best gym I have ever been apart of. The atmosphere and the staff are genuine and truly care about the members. If you are looking to better yourself with the help of a personal trainer Abby and Brandon are two of the best!If you are in the Birmingham metro area and looking for a gym this place is hands down the only place you should consider!!
