Decent gym can be crowded during the school year - they need a seated hamstring machine and a pendulum squat machine! Also, the rock wall needs more clearly marked routes (like High Point). Lastly, they need to keep the gym open later for students!

Water aerobics class 6am in the winter was tough but helpful for adults before work needing exercise. Saw my 4-H advisor from elementary school, Mrs Wilson so awkward as an adult.

We had a birthday party for our 10 year old and he absolutely LOVED it!!! The kids had so much fun and it was very comforting knowing that the pool is only 4 feet deep. It was absolutely worth the money and we'll definitely be back soon.

Don Sanders is wonderful...If he is not there, I will not go...I wait for him to return because the showers will be cleaned if He is at work.

Have loved coming here over the years as a student and now as an employee. Unfortunately, not sure if I will continue to go or not. Most of the gym visitors don’t clean the equipment after using which would be okay as I would just clean it myself prior to using it, but the rec center recently instituted a new policy of leaving “cleaning” towels and spray bottles with the machines. So instead of being able to grab a clean towel, you end up grabbing a slightly damp towel that has been touched by who knows how many people. In the past month since this was instituted, I can’t say I saw any rec center employees actually replacing these towels during my visits, so I’m not sure how long they sit out and how many times a day they are used. I always clean my hands when I leave, but still got Covid from one of my last few visits here. The packed room, number of broken equipment, and poor cleaning techniques will probably prevent me from continuing to go here. I hope they make some changes in the future to effectively implement new cleaning procedures. Not sure why they are washing hand towels when they should be using disposable towels if using spray bottles. At the very least they could provide disposable wipes. You would think such a gym would have higher standards, but I guess that’s not the case.

There are so many treadmills and a lot of workout gear. There's a pool and a hot tub there too. There's a track on the inside that you can run around if it's too hot outside. There's also a climbing wall, a gym, and an area for racquetball. I can't wait to go there for school!

Overall, it’s a great facility to workout. The staff is usually friendly. I just don’t like the fact you have pay $10 for a membership if you don’t bring your Student ID and you can’t give them your BlazerID to accommodate for that. Also, it’s hard to reach them on the phone on weekends.

Very nice recreation center. The staff here is very nice. Usually has not been very crowded when I have been by for a visit. There is a pool, racket ball courts, hand ball courts, 4 full size basketball courts and so much more including of course a full service workout facility.
