Well stocked modern powerlifting gym with old school vibes. Eric is an extremely personable and knowledgeable coach with a great attitude and a passion for his sport. He trains me remotely and I always make it a point to stop in when I'm back in town for a lift and quality 1 on 1 coaching sessions. If you want to get strong, this is the gym to go to.

This place is Great! The atmosphere & energy is excellent; everyone I have met here is very friendly and helpful, same with Eric, the owner, who has a lot of Powerlifting experience and knowledge. Also, this gym has all the Powerlifting equipment & bars you could think of, as well as some Bodybuilding machines. Highly recommended!

Just stopped in to learn more about it after getting disrespected at ISU's sorry excuse of a "gym".I haven't signed up or had a session yet, but Mr. Gonzo was super friendly and helpful in teaching me about what this place is all about. If you take lifting seriously, it's worth a look. Unlike at ISU's rec center, I felt like I belonged even though everyone there can probably bench my max deadlift for reps.Also he's got a really cute dog in there.

The place to go if you’re serious about results. Excellent coaching and a great support group. It may seem intimidating at first but this is the friendliest group of people you could find yourself around. Check it out
