Reached out multiple times. No one answer phones and when I texted Eddie’s number, it took several weeks for a return text. Don’t know how you can run a business and not have people to answer the phone especially during normal business hours.

Convenient day pass system for us visiting from out of town. Fairly conjugate friendly with a decent number of bars and some chains. Bring your own bands, none of them match and most are ripped. There's never been an employee when we visit and weights and bars are all over the place and people weren't re-racking weights but overall recommend for the 24/7 hours. AC isnt working either rn but heard its being fixed

Hidden Gem, Friendly people, Amazing Equipment, 24 hour access and very reasonable pricing. Read my full review below for more details:Background Info: My wife & I have lived here on the Delray/Boca border for a little over 3 years now. When we first moved to South Florida from Chicago we tried several gyms and ended up signing with LA Fitness which was OK at first but did not have ideal hours and was always overcrowded. We tried several other spots but weren’t super impressed with any of them either. When COVID hit we moved to home workouts & only recently started looking for a full time gym again with real equipment. Thats when we stumbled across boca house of steel through a google maps search & thank god we did. This is literally the definition of a hidden gem.Let me say, I truly wish I had known about Boca House of Steel when we first moved here 3 years ago because this gym is so above and beyond anything else we have seen in all of South Florida. What I like best about this place is 1) The people 2) The equipment and 3) The accessibility.Right off bat the owner Eddie was super friendly and inviting when we first met. Talking to Eddie for the first time almost felt like catching up with an old friend. He is just a really genuine guy and you can tell he cares a-lot about the gym and the people who go here. It’s not just about making money for him, he actually cares about his members and wants whats best for them. Eddies vibe of positivity sets the tone for the entire gyms atmosphere. Our first workout we meet two of the local members Matt and Emmit who were just as genuine and down to earth as the owner Eddie. It seems like the environment here is one where people are serious about their lifting and fitness while also being friendly and low key. There are some seriously strong dudes here with a-lot of athletes and serious weightlifters. There are also plenty of normal members too who are just looking to stay in shape and everyone just hits their workouts and no is rude or judgmental at all. Its also rarely ever crowded so you have access to almost all the equipment anytime you go.The equipment here is really what blew my mind. Multiple squat racks and bench stations. Dumbells up to 150lbs, a strip turf for endurance work and even a boxing bag up front (the boxing bag was a huge plus for me because I boxed in college & struggled to find any gyms in the area that had even a basic bag). They also have some amazing specialty machines such as a super high quality high thruster machine. I’ve literally never seen machines like that anywhere else.I had to ask Eddie what the hip thruster machine was at first because it was my first time ever seeing one with that design. He showed us how it worked and gave us his person cell number in case we ever had more questions.Lastly, this gym is month to month membership with no long term contracts required. 24/7 access so you can go any time your heart desires. And the memberships dues are very reasonable, when we signed up the rate was $60/person or $100/month for a couples membership. We’ve only just started coming here but In my honest opinion this is the best gym for the best price we have found in all of South Florida.

The best gym in the area. So many variety of gym equipment that commercial gyms don't usually provide. There's a good community of serious lifters, who are friendly, supportive, and respectful. The owner, Eddie, is so nice and friendly to everyone. This gym felt like my second home.

Great gym. Lots of great powerlifting equipment, and it's one of the few gyms that allows chalk which is nice. People are respectful, weights usually reracked right.I'm disappointed that the $25 deposit on door key fob is not returned, even after I returned the fob in working order.A little more sitting area would be nice - there's one table with chairs, but most people like to use the chairs and the floor around them to set their bags and belongings on, instead of using the lockers nearby.

Signed up after my gym partner made the switch, and glad I did! The atmosphere & members are welcoming to all demographics, everyone is friendly, and you’ll feel right at home from the first time you walk through the door. Great local spot! 💪🏼 …

10/10 gym, facility, and people. I recently visited the gym when a nice man in his early 30s, 32, 33, (something like that) was training and filming a video for his YouTube channel. It was a pleasure to meet him and I was able to get in his YouTube video to show my friends. He told me he was recently injured but he didn't care because of the support group at the gym. It is great to see a gym that promotes the welfare of disabled people like this nice man. Keep it up Boca House of steel! I'll keep coming back because of this!
