Club Pilates

Turned me away for being 2 minutes later than their “late policy” (which mind you isn’t stated anywhere) even after explaining that I was running late due to nursing my newborn taking a bit longer than expected. Policies should be meant to keep classes organized, not to be arbitrarily heartless to new mothers struggling to get their exercise in postpartum. You just lost what would’ve been a consistent customer.

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but this place and corporation has left such a bad taste in my mouth. First off, when you sign up for a free class they claim to have sent a text reminding you to bring grip socks. I NEVER received a text message stating that. I had to pay $18 for their socks or I couldn’t take the class. I planned my entire day around this free class because I’ve been interested in Pilates. The class is only 30 minute demo. I left not feeling I had a workout at all. Usually when I try classes it’s an actual workout. I emailed corporate to explain my frustration and they were not helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this place OR even do Pilates. Big scam. $18-20 for a 30 min demo class. It’s false advertising. Beware

Anissa and the teachers and staff at Club Pilates/Mizner Blvd are A+ professionals. During the three months that I trained there, I felt lighter, nimbler, healthier. Every day, with humor and professionalism, they helped me become stronger. Thank you to Anissa for running a great club and to the teachers for having us return week after week. Nice facility. Monique is a good instructor. Very patient with a beginner. Good workout.

If you don't buy unlimited and need level 1 classes you'll be waiting for weeks (see screenshots). The 1st day of the month is when you GET TO sign up - meaning wait weeks or be on a waitlist for which you may or may not get in.I called and emailed them to cancel on 2/1 due to lack of availability and they billed me December, January, February and March.Horrible Customer Experience and Business Practices. This is such a clean facility with friendly staff. Amisha is a great instructor. She is very knowledgeable of Pilates and very sweet. They offer free intro classes before signing up for classes.

The staff at this club are AWESOME. The classes are great, the instructors are well trained, inspiring and motivating. Thank you for being open and safe, you make every morning a great start to the day!

Excellent Staff at Club Pilates in Mizner Park. They keep the facility very clean and sanitized. With everything going on in our world the news makes you feel as though you should not leave your home. I am so happy I went back out to Club Pilates in Mizner Park! They offer a variety of classes and all different times throughout the day which makes it very convenient. They even offer virtual classes which I love as well!! I hope if you are one afraid to leave your home that you try a free class and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. It is the best thing I could have done for myself.

I’m so glad I walked into the Studio and signed up! I love this place. Pilates is the first structured exercise program I have ever loved. I have learned so much and my body is responding. I wish I could go every day. Everyone is so friendly and helpful - the staff and the other students, as well. Scheduling and cancelling classes is easy with the app. No fee for cancelling as long as you provide 12 hours notice, which is understandable and fair. They have been open over a year now and you can tell they are growing. The studio was accommodating during The COVID-19 shutdown and I felt safe returning. A shout out to Tara and her staff Jesse, Wadha, Juliana, Megyn, Lolly and Sean. These are the only instructors I have had thus far and I can’t say enough positive things about them. The reception ladies are awesome too, Rosemary, Tara, Victoria and I know there is one more.... Loving Pilates. 😍
