I have been going to F45 West Boca since it opened. It is a very complete program. Everyday is a different workout routine. I especially like the resistance and hybrid days. The exercise routines are really good. Juan is an amazing trainer and will make sure you have correct form always. The trainers will all keep you motivated and help you push harder. I highly recommend it!
