Super fun experience and great workout! Tried out a hot pilates and Kassandra was super helpful in explaining everything. I'll definitely be back to try out the other workouts!

Seriously a DREAM COME TRUE! This dream is sooo clean, I’m usually alone plus 1 on occasion. The exercises are perfectly challenged. Yet, the best part is the amount of satisfaction and gratitude your body feels after each routine completed. Make sure u stay extra hydrated before you come, during , and after. I find that helps make you get thru an easier and run smoother during your exercise. I also feel extra motivated with the app competition within your local gym. I truly have lost already 8 pounds in 2 weeks!! Just love love love and thank you for FINALLY OPENING INTO MY LIFE!
