IntensityX3 Fitness & Kickboxing

Fantastic place, catering to anyone at any fitness level! The coaches are amazing, and the staff make you feel more than welcome! I recommend this place for ALL your fitness needs!!

Everyone is so nice and encouraging. I am a runner and wanted to try something different for my upper body. In 6 weeks I feel so much stronger and my body has changed. The classes are amazing and so much fun, would highly recommend.

IntensityX3 East Boca is an amazing gym. People are friendly and welcoming. Coaches are fun, knowledgeable, and are always willing to help you improve your performance and fitness goals. We are constantly motivated to be a better version of ourselves. IntensityX3 has a great variety of group classes to choose from Kickboxing or simply lifting and core exercises. Coaches make every class fun, but challenging, and the positive atmosphere sets a great mood to start the day. I look forward to every class I sign up for. Joining IntensityX3 was one of the best decisions I made for myself. I work from home and the gym has been a wonderful way of improving my health and connecting with awesome people. I love the 5:30 am crew and classes. I am grateful to be part of this gym. I hope and wish more people can experience the same feeling. Unleash your inner rebel athlete.

I have been going to the west side gym since I started with intensity. I decided to check out the east gym. I was not disappointed. The facilities were top notch. Marlee was my coach for this class and brought great energy and motivation throughout the lesson. I look forward to taking more classes at this location.

I love the environment and how welcoming they make you feel. All the coaches make you feel comfortable, and very motivated to keep going. It is a very high energy place as well. I had to stop going about a year ago, but now that i had the opportunity again, i went back because I really enjoy this place.

Just completed my first Kickboxing workout with Nick! I haven’t done a HIIT workout in ages and this whole session was so much fun and interactive im shaking rn as i’m writing this review LOL, the burn is REAL def recommend !!!

I signed up for a free week trail at the East Boca IntensityX3 location and fell in love. I got a great deal on classes and the money is totally worth it. They have a lot of package deals which can help the cost of each class. In the beginners session they walk you through all the moves you’ll need for every class. All of the instructors cheer you on and push you to your limit. The music is always on point and pumping! Every time I walked in, I was greeted by name. If you are a beginner or an expert boxer or don’t even want to box at all, they have classes for you!

So happy to have found IntensityX3 and made them my home gym. They have such a wonderful variety of classes and skilled coaches to keep you fit and motivated. I’ve never been a big group workout guy & always preferred to exercise solo. Then I joined Intensity last year & I haven’t looked back since. The coaches all rock & will have you pushing past your limits with a smile on your face. Great place.
