After pool I try to take shower was cold water. It’s my second time to use this location. When I ask at the desk they was saying no hot water at all. I using now delray location it’s great no problem. Very clean.

Nice staff and nice trainers but the place is dirty in the area of the free weights. Some thing you can’t blame on the gym like the weights being all over the place. I go here because it’s close. The LAF on 441 is cleaner.

Ive called multiple times and came in 3 times trying to cancel my membership.. with each time being told the manager isn't there and to come in during certain hours. I come in during those hours and manager still not there or no one there to help ???? Then the front desk girl UNFREEZES my frozen account to which now i have to pay for next months dues.. even though i am not/have no used my membership in over a month. I call again they tell me to check my email where i will receive directions on how to cancel my membership.. to then see that the email is a link to nothing??! and it tells me i need to email a form? but there is no form given in the link or email??? The employees have me going back and forth stressing over a simple cancelation. so disorganized.

Egregious customer service. My friend went and thought she could bring a friend to work out. Instead of offering me a week to work out as I am not a member. They acted like we were stealing something from them. Asked my friend for her ID and phone number 3 times. These people are horrible and racist.

Extremely Disorganized Gym Experience at LA Fitness Beracasa WayI recently visited the LA Fitness gym located on Beracasa Way, and I must say it was one of the most unorganized gym units I've ever encountered. My experience there was consistently frustrating due to the lack of organization, particularly when it comes to the placement of dumbbells.During the same week, I made an effort to visit the gym at three different times: morning, afternoon, and night. Shockingly, each time I visited, I found the dumbbells scattered and misplaced. I was hoping that maybe the issue was time-specific, but the weights remained a mess even in the morning, which is generally considered a quieter period at the gym.The disarray of the dumbbells not only made it difficult to find the appropriate weights for my workout but also posed a safety concern. It's important for a gym to maintain a certain level of cleanliness and organization for the benefit of its members. Unfortunately, the Beracasa Way unit fell short in this regard.I appreciate that gyms can get busy and equipment can be moved around, but this level of disorganization is simply unacceptable. I hope that the management of the LA Fitness Beracasa Way unit takes notice of these issues and takes immediate action to improve the overall organization and cleanliness of the facility. As a member who values their fitness routine, I believe that a well-maintained gym environment is crucial for a positive workout experience.

Review for Parents:This location is the perfect balance. I signed up to LA Fitness (5 min from my house) as soon as my baby turned 4 months. I wasn’t satisfied with the lady from the kids club at the location I signed up at AT All. I was actually very disappointed. Not only because she was rude to me but also because she couldn’t care less about providing good care. So, I started my search for a different location and this is it. ELIZABETH IS THE BEST OF THE BEST. She loves my baby, she treats me with respect, cares and loves her job. She will never make you feel like a bad mother for leaving your 5 month old baby on her care. I absolutely LOVE HER. She is worth my 25 min drive everyday

Such a beautiful building but it’s missing an essential part of the reason why I love LA fitness - the hot tub. To me, recovery is an important part of fitness and I rely on the hot tub to help alleviate the pain from working out. I’d encourage this gym to add a hot immediately.

Social distancing measures are not too strict. As you can see in the pictures many cardio machines were moved to the basketball court but every other one is not taped off like LA Fitness locations in Miami or Broward. In the weight area every other weight machine is taped off but the benches by the dumbells are not. There are plenty of disinfectant stations throughout the gym and from what I have seen the majority of people are being respectful.

Super disappointed with this location. The worst $35 you can spend. Everything is so unorganized. All the weights are always on the floor. You spend more time trying to find the weights than working out. The staff doesn’t give a F. I have called and complained and no results. Sad because it’s the closest location to us! Only reason I’m giving it a 1 star is because the cleaning crew is awesome and the only ones who do their job!
