PBG CrossFit of Boca

I would like to thank the entire staff of PBG Boca & especially coach Devin for taking care of me during my travels on vacation. It’s tough to take off from Cross Fit for an entire week but Devin kicked my a** for these few training sessions & I’m grateful for it! The entire staff & other members were extremely friendly & the gym itself was very clean & up to date with equipment. I come down here to visit more than once per year so I now know where I’ll be doing my workouts when so. I’m so happy I made some new friends in world of Cross Fit!!!

Love this place!! A safe, supportive, and challenging evironment for athletes at all levels. The coaches are great. Clean and well maintained facilities. It has a big space and lots of equipment. Nice clean locker room with showers.

The workouts are fun and consistently have strength and metabolic conditioning. Coaches, especially Devin, are knowledgeable and all-around kind and welcoming. Music is bumpkin’ and the box is affiliated with a more traditional gym so there great equipment for whatever you’re looking for. Tons of fun.Totally recommend.

I was visiting the area and I have the to say - I have been to many CrossFit gyms and this is by far the best. Top notch/up-to-date equipment, very clean, friendly staff and members that make you feel like family away from home. Coach Devin is the best coach I have ever encountered and worked with. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and loves this sport! I recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking for a new gym, to build a community and crush a good workout!

Love the gym, switched from a different box in October and the programming is great. I have increased all my lifts by at least 25 lbs. coaches are great and the people are even better. Great CrossFit community!!!

Great experience! I had never done a CrossFit class before so didn’t know what to expect. Devin is an awesome coach and made it simple to get started. Looking forward to more classes.

I have been coming to PBG CrossFit for about 3 years now & it is one of the best gyms in Boca. Coaches are all amazing & super friendly and always willing to help. The new equipment that was just put in has really made the box top notch.

What can I say? I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this BOX!!! I started in January 2022, and I lost a total of 15 pounds! Devin is an incredible coach, and I couldn't have made it this far in my weightlifting game without her. Seriously. I also love Jean; she's an excellent coach as well.I love how my body is changing for the better, and I am getting stronger and stronger by the day. Instead of dreading going to the gym, I look forward to working out every day! Come and be a part of an incredible community; you will not be disappointed.See you at the 6:00 am class! Love the gym and the programming. Lots of equipment and big!! Coaches are great, caring and knowledgeable. Been going here almost a year and have improved immensely. It’s also attached to Palm Beach Gym which is a fully equipped bodybuilding gym with a spin studio as well. Literally everything under one roof!! PBG CrossFit 💪 …

Amazing laid back crossfit gym. Located in the back of a larger gym. Open All day easy drop in process. Did 2 crossfit open workouts and the coaches were so supportive encouraging!! I will be back for sure!
