Working out at the Facility is a great experience. It has that very nice private feel you look for in a gym. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. The place is kept clean and immaculate. If you’re looking for a private gym this is the gym for you!

THE FACILITY is NOT like any gym I've joined. The entire staff is welcoming, kind, supportive and most importantly - so knowledgeable in the structure and function of the body. Each member of the gym works individually with a particular trainer who gears all the exercises to the needs of the individual. The owner - Fred - is so encouraging without putting any financial pressure on the member. THE FACILITY is spotless and never overcrowded. Members are scheduled for set times so there is ALWAYS equipment available for individual use. The locker room is immaculate with availability of shower use.Thinking about going to a gym????There is only one place to go...THE FACILITY in Boca Raton, Florida!I'm sure you'll enjoy the workout.

I wanted personal training with an emphasis on maintaining and improving my overall physical conditioning, not "body building". The Facility has been a great discovery for me. They created a personalized routine for me that accommodates my existing injuries - so that I can stay strong without getting hurt. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. The environment is well-equipped and clean. I would highly recommend the Facility for anyone trying to keep themselves fit.

I recently joined the Facility for Personal Training. I am recovering from serious spinal surgery and I have lost a tremendous amount of muscle during the months that I was healing. I decided to join the Facility once I was cleared by my Doc for full exercise and I have been working out there for three weeks, three times a week. I am already seeing great results with increased muscle volume and muscle tone. My trainer is excellent and the gym itself is a great facility. Management is also very supportive, empathetic, and motivating. I feel like I have found the perfect place to rehab from my surgery. I have two knee replacement surgeries to endure over the next year and I know the people at the Facility will be there to help me to rehab from the surgeries. I would strongly recommend the Facility to anyone wanting to rehab from injury or surgery or just wanting to increase their overall fitness level. Dr. B.

This facility for personal training is an amazing community to be apart of. I feel very lucky to have found such a specialized gym with extremely knowledgeable staff and trainers. I've had injuries and surgeries that my trainer not only understands but has worked with me to strengthen my body and improve my pain levels. The facility is clean and has lighting that isn't overwhelming like most gyms. If you're going to invest your time, effort and money in a personal trainer this is the place to do it.

I can not express enough how happy I am with The Facility for Personal Training. I was looking for a place to assist me with getting back into the gym after suffering months of back pain.They take the time to get to know your individual needs and work to bring strength and balance into our work out. The owner, staff and trainers are awesome. The equipment is state of the art and very clean.

The Facility has exceeded my expectations. Fred Steinberg, the owner, runs a very professional and user friendly operation since he is always on site. The fitness evaluations were very informative and encouraging. I have been trying to rehab my shoulder and conventional Pt has not yielded results. Working with the excellent trainer Fred assigned has produced dramatic improvement. The equipment is state of the art and the gym is spotless. Fred and the Trainers at the Facility are knowledgeable, caring and professional in setting up your work outs. They pay attention to your health concerns and design a program that best suits your needs and goals.The Facility itself is first rate with all the proper gear to give you the most effective and balanced workout.I've worked with them at times that I just wanted to recover from surgery and at times when I wanted to beef up.
