I love Up Studio Pilates and the team. I took privates with PollyAnna as i was having back issues and after 10 privates I was no longer having back pain. I now take group lessons and it has transformed my body. Thank you to all the instructors, they are amazing!

This is the best Pilates place!! Very good instruction. Maybe more than other studio but worth every penny. I took one class and was hooked. I used to go to club Pilates for years with no results and here I get results in less than a month.

This is an incredible Pilates studio! I absolutely love the attention to detail, to the technique and the instructors guidance!Best pilates studio in Boca by far!I love the atmosphere and everyone working there is so friendly and welcoming, I feel so good when I’m here.

I love coming to Pilates at Up Studio. I started because of an ankle injury that led to knee and joint pain. I started off with some personal training with Polly to really understand the choreograph. It was a very helpful transition into the group classes. The studio is so clean. The environment is calm and peaceful. The instructors are full of knowledge and are so passionate. Just after a few weeks I could see how much stronger I got and now, after almost 6 months, I feel like a whole new person . My whole body feels in better alignment and I feel much stronger when I come here consistently. I would recommend this place to anyone, and booking classes on the mindbody app is so easy and efficient.
