This place is incredible. The staff is warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I was comfortable immediately, not so easy in a new gym where I knew no one. Highly recommend

Awesome place to get your yoga in, I feel so energized after. I went to many places and this is on top of my list. They provide all towels and even mats.. big plus and all very clean with all amenities. Highly recommend!!

My favorite studio in south Florida. Every instructor I’ve taken no matter the time of day is amazing and the studio is always clean with friendly staff. Staff also always accommodates moving you to be next to your friends, I’ve been to other studios that won’t. 1000000% recommend taking their FIIT 45 or Flow class.

The staff at the front desk all very rude. I’ve now had a few incidences that prompt me to write a review. First off they should just take themselves off ClassPass because you are basically worthless to them if you have it. They will not reserve you a mat if you are meeting with people, they will change your mat number as well if you have ClassPass without notice. Was actually given a mat put on hold, and when she returned she told me it was no longer available and gave it to the person on the other line. Another time I asked to be near a friend and gave her name and mat number and the employee looked at me and said maybe my friend is not who I think she is. She walked in moments later with exact name and mat I mentioned.Then I made a reservation for an early time on ClassPass and asked to switch times and if there was space. They said yes, but wanted me to cancel, get fined and book another.I have worked and participated in the fitness industry for over 10 years and this place is money hungry and dislikes ClassPass. Members are treated like royalty on the phones and in studio. It’s also very expensive.This is what I call a “McFlow” where they are commercializing a spiritual practice. True yoga studios are a place of peace, fairness and understanding.

I’ve lived in boca for 24 years now and have been to a lot of work out places. This one, by far, has been the best. The FIIT class is incredible with a hot room filled with high/positive energy and is a complete body work out. You’ll leave feeling wonderful and accomplished! Give it a try…You’ll thank yourself :)

FIIT is an amazing class. Both instructors i had so far were clear and motivating. It's a total 45 minute workout. Great energy!

I was looking into joining as a referral from a good friend and new member and am glad that I didn'tShe was charged mistakenly an extra time after signing up for the membership and was told that they "don't provide refunds" but they would skip the next months membership fee since it was their mistakeThey have now charged her multiple times and insist that they cannot account for the charges (that are not pending, they have been pulled from her account) and that there is nothing they can doWhen my friend attempted to sort everything out with the owner Anna in person, the front desk associate Bella insisted that Anna "was simply too busy to speak to her" and that they would call herLess than 15 minutes later, she received an email giving her the run around for the billing mistakeIt's embarrassing and bad practice in general. I'm happy to have not given any money to this establishment
