Love the environment, the lighting, music & instructors are second to none. I have never had so many favorites as I do here. I always get a full body”workout”Inside & Out. Now at 58 years old, I find this to be the best physical activity for my overall well being‼️

Their FIIT 45 class is one of the best workouts in the area! Super organized and punctual. Facility is clean. Love the music and lighting during classes. Burns a good amount of calories and it’s a total body workout in 45 minutes.

Yoga Joint is AMAZING! Finally found a place where I can have hot yoga or a hot HIT class. The studio is gorgeous, clean and they have a lot of class options. Love the fact the bathrooms have incense as well!

I love coming here. I took my first class with John and I’ve been biased towards here ever since. The front desk staff is amazing and the manager Ana welcomed me warmly with open arms. Highly recommend.

I am here to change my review. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend at all! I signed up for the month and was never once told about the 30 day cancellation. I cancelled my membership before the month was up and asked the manager, Ana, if she could please make an exception with the cancellation fee since I was a new member and was trying out that type of gym for the first time. No exception made, they could care less. I do not recommend! $120 for one more entire month they I won’t even attend down the drain.

I have been going to the Yoga Joint for years. I have an unlimited monthly membership which enables me to take both the yoga classes and fit 45 classes as much as I want. These classes are so motivating and great for you. No need for a gym membership if you come to these classes!

I absolutely love this space. Yoga Joint is such a friendly environment and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in trying out yoga. I always feel so welcomed by everyone here. I was introduced to yoga a few months ago, and now i truly think I couldn’t go without it. Thank you Yoga Joint for welcoming me into this space with such a positive attitude. Love you all!

I absolutely love Yoga Joint, haven’t loved a work out this much in a very long time. Hands down one of my all time favorite facilities - the work outs are great, consistent, fun and super effective- I love that is not high intensity & it’s help me recovered from injuries by focusing on contraction movements. Between the Fit45 and Yoga classes, my body has never felt better. Last but not least, the staff is always super friendly!
