Anytime Fitness

This gym is extremely disgusting. They have removed all soap dispensers from bathrooms so no one can properly wash their hands. Was hoping this is a one time occurrence but they have been gone for over a week. On top of that they don't use sanitary wipes like most other anytime fitness gyms do. The other common option is spray bottles with actual towels. They don't do this either instead they have a very limited amount of bottles with thin paper towels. Most the time half the gym has to leave machines sweaty and dirty due to lack of resources which again is worse cus ppl can't even wash their hands. Owners of this gym should be ashamed and shutdown from ever owning a gym again. Removing basic sanitary items in a gym to increase margin slightly is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.

If possible I would give this location negative five stars the employees are awfully rude and inconsiderate they don't answer their phones and when they do they are rude and disrespectful to customers. I'd recommend anywhere but here

Always challenging always different enough not to get board. The instructors are very well train to make sure you are doing the moves correctly.

The club will not allow me to cancel my membership but other members have informed me they are able to. They keep charging you, even when they say they freeze your account.

Came here instead of going to my regular location to check it out and it disappointed.. This Oswego location is very small. It does not have many racks at all compared to other locations. It doesn’t have as much anything, I ended up leaving and returning to my original location..

Great place to workout with great staff ready to help and answer any questions you may have.I especially like that it's much less crowded than other gyms in the area.I highly recommend.

I’ve been going here for over a year now and I was fine with the staff until they left us with Cade. My keycard stopped working and it’s been over a week since I contacted him so I haven’t been able to get in the gym. He takes his time getting back to you. I’ve been charged for the month and I should be able to get into the gym and train. I thought of getting a membership for a different gym but knowing them I’d probably be stuck with their contract and have to pay for 2 gyms. It’s a nice small gym but needs better staff.

It’s a great gym. Very clean and organized where you can find everything you need and also it has a very helpful staff. Mike does such a great job! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The absolute worst gym I have ever been a member at. I have been told three times at least I would be contacted about my membership and no one has reached out to me still! It has been ongoing for three months. Don't join this gym unless you want to be here for the rest of your life!

Probably one of the best cases of a terrible gym membership. High monthly cost, predatory fees, and terrible communication with members. If you're thinking of joining a gym, do NOT pick this one. Horrid experience all around.
