*7/6/23 UPDATE*- thought it was a bullscat at first when my friends told me Markus can’t take their blue cross blue shield well on target membership a few months ago, but turns out it’s not. My friend tried coming in today. Markus found the time to walk away from his typical flirting with any girl that appears to be in her teens or 20’s and Markus told him no he can’t use his insurance benefit because his gym is at a capacity of 450 insurance members. Markus was unprofessional and rude with my friend. Anytime needs to let this guy go. Horrible management and I am actively looking for other gyms in the area that ACCEPT my insurance benefit. And so are my friends!!!*Original review- I have refrained from writing this in the past couple weeks, however last night, I was left with no choice but to write this review.The current operation of this gym is sub par. I have counted that there are 4 sanitizing wipe stations inside the lemont Illinois facility, and for whatever reason, they are ALWAYS empty. Last night around 6-7pm there were 3 employees. One teaching a class, another one watching him/floating around, and the manager sitting in his office flirting with a girl. As a matter of fact it seems like he’s constantly got the same girl in his office talking to him but he can’t find the time to fill these wipe stations.The other 2 don’t seem interested in keeping the facility clean, as they loiter around and talk to people when not teaching classes.Does ring worm, COVID, or any other pathogen being spread from sweaty gym equipment not cross these guys minds?The mirrors are filthy, as a matter of fact even collecting dust.And please do not even get me started on the bathrooms. They smell of sewage. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy.As a gym I would think that your top priority when budgeting would be sanitation supplies, but I guessed wrong.If the loitering, flirting around, wasting time does not get replaced with cleaning/ up keeping and maintaining a sanitary gym, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Anytime fitness is one of the best places to go, staff is super friendly, especially the manager Marcus, he’s very friendly and kind to all guests!

I’ve been going to this gym for a few years and just started doing group trainings. I love the atmosphere and the community of people I’ve grown close with over the years.

I would give zero stars if I could. The place ripped me off for the $49 Q5 deposit, Marcus, the manager, is one of the rudest people I've ever met.

Marcus, Zane, and Emily are the best. Marcus goes above and beyond to make sure all the members of this gym are happy and he personally takes the time to get to know each of us and our goals. Everyone who works at this gym pays attention to what each member needs and gives them tips on how to reach their goals. The vibe at anytime fitness in lemont is close knit and this can’t be found at many gyms. I’ve been a member at quite a few other gyms but this one has by far been my favorite

This gym has very friendly and attentive staff, and is always kept very clean and organized as well. I have been a member for several years now and could definitely recommended this location to anyone!

2 of the 4 front shades are broken and stuck in the down position on the front windows. Yet this gym just charged me $40 for a “maintenance fee”. What exactly was fixed or upgraded? Seems like nothing.

Marcus will not give the key fab money back. In addition, he is high and paranoid in the office and would not even take the key fab back in his hand. Why would they treat customers so badly and not give the $49.00 back when handing in the key fab. He said it was over 2 months past when it was due but could not produce the document showing that is the policy. I am still waiting for him to email it to me and I am out the $49.00. If you like getting ripped off go talk to Marcus and his manager does not call you back either. THE WORST-STAY AWAY.
