Walked in during “staffed hours”. However, there’s no staff to help or sign you up. Will be signing up somewhere else.

I have been going to this gym ever since it has opened. It is very economical for people that just need the basic to get a good workout. I am just tired of things not working there for not just months but for over a year! Trust me? It’s not the managers fault on duty it is the owner! We pay a yearly fee on top of our monthly fee and this stuff doesn’t get fixed. The gym on 135th also has the same stuff out of order. Why do we pay the yearly fee if nothing is getting fixed!

Keyfob does not work even though I go through insurance and have been here before. No one on staff even though it is during their staffed hrs. Cant leave a voicemail either as their mailbox is full and says to call again

One star review because you can't leave zero stars. Add me to the long list of people charged after cancelling my membership here. I should have known better than to join after reading other negative reviews from people charged after they cancelled. Figured I would take a chance and make sure I was careful about cancelling. It's now clear the charges are intentional and this is just how they do "business." Charge people bull*hit fees and hope they don't notice so they can pad their bottom line.

DO. NOT. JOIN. THIS. GYM!!!!! Go somewhere else. I've been trying to leave this gym for over a month and the management is dodging me. They tried to take advantage of my pregnant wife, telling her she can't quit the gym, so I had to call and they told us to fill out a form and then we did it that day and they never reached out to us. Then they charged us an annual fee of $140 plus I've now paid for 2 more months of membership. I've left message after message and no one ever calls back. Literally ever. I've never received one call from them. I've called corporate and are now entering into a lawsuit and a claim with the better business bureau. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND LIARS!!!!!

They are very overpriced and lock you into a one year deal and force you to pay for two months after cancelling membership plus a cleaning fee two months after cancelling. The staff was not on site during their hours and ignored my emails and calls to try and stop the payment, which they charged me two months after taking my key fob. Overall the gym is small and doesn’t have many weights or racks. Wouldn’t recommend

Avoid this place. The gym itself is decent but the staff is absolutely clueless and completely unhelpful. Cancelling my membership has been a 6+ month process now. After it took a month to make contact in the first place, I was able to go in and cancel my membership in February. Filled out the form and was told that it was taken care of. Now in May I am still being charged and nobody from the club has contacted me back despite numerous calls and emails. I even physically went into the gym twice during staffed hours and nobody was there to help me. After being a member for over 3 years I hoped it would be a simple cancellation process but it is clear that management and employees don’t care about helping you once they have you under contract already. After reading multiple other reviews of people with a similar experience I am extremely disappointed in this place.

Overall Gym is small but it was managed well and maintained well.My issue with this facility is that i had canceled my membership and they were still charging for 4 months straight after I signed the cancelation form.Even when I brought their mistake to their attention they still have YET to refund me $130.It has been 40 days since I brought this mistake to their attention and still no refund.If this is how they run a business then they have some bad growing pains to grow through as business owners . Highly dissatisfied with the service

Great gym BUT the people who work there are not on the same page and disorganized. It was a 5 month process to cancel for me personally because one guy said in November I couldn’t cancel until March because my contract got extended because of COVID then I followed up a few months later in February and was told I could’ve canceled about a month ago and my contract was over. They took my key fob when I canceled so I no longer had access to the facilities and yet I was then unknowingly charged an extra month because they failed to explain to me that they were going to charge me an extra month before completely canceling my membership. Don’t you think they should’ve let me keep the fob to be able to use that month I PAID for? Also the employee filled out my form to cancel and worded things the way he pleased as to why I canceled and just said “here sign at the bottom”. To add to that I explained my frustration with the woman who “claimed” to be the manager today and instead of showing compassion and or at least apologizing on behalf of her employees she took a looooooooong slow breathe in and out and said “anything else I can help you with”. I was calm, not angry, not yelling, no swearing just seeking some form of apology. She dismissed my concerns completely and failed to acknowledge her employees messed up. She needs to work on her customer service skills as do the rest of the staff. This is a great gym no doubt but the employees are not which in my opinion broke this gym for me and why I ultimately canceled. I spent 2 years with this gym because of my contract I regret any business I ever gave them. I recommend you look elsewhere if a great gym and great customer service is a must.
