I have no reference to compare this to other than Flying High in Countryside. This place seems like a converted warehouse or factory - it's in what appears to be a more industrial area of town. That said, it's a nice size but vs flying high it appears much smaller, especially the waiting areas. Very tight , sometimes shoulder to shoulder. Parking is also very very tight at times. Come with patience.

Communication is great, questions are answered very quickly. Coaches all seem very friendly. My daughter integrated into this new gym with ease.

Our daughter loves attending BIG. They have done a great job navigating through the ups and downs of the pandemic, keeping everyone as safe as possible, yet maintaining as normal of an atmosphere as possible.

My daughter switched gyms back in April and is on the BIG JO team. I wish we had made this move years ago. The coaches are such understanding, supportive, and caring people who also happen to be among the best in the business.

My daughter has been going here for the last 4 years and she loves it. They are very good about returning calls and helping with class schedules and make-ups. The only thing I am not crazy about is how late their advanced classes are. I am sure it work for most but for us I feel it is too late for dinner on school nights.

I liked it at first, but that quickly changed. We only went I think 4 times. The first time for the free trial class was fine. The second time, there were too many kids and only 1 coach so it was a long wait for each kid to do anything they need help with (beam, etc.). The third time, there was a kid that left because he was sick and coughing a lot. The fourth time, there a kid that coughed the entire class, and one in the lobby constantly coughing. This was after masks became optional. I know kids get sick, but they shouldn’t be showing up to things like this while sick, and the businesses shouldn’t be allowing them to participate while sick. I called to cancel our membership and after I asked when her last day would be, I was answered and then immediately hung up on. I thought that was very unprofessional. I was being polite and I expect the same from any business. I am not comfortable bringing my daughter for the rest of our paid time due to them being unprofessional and for sick kids coughing on everything. I had expected more from them. Other places offer a refund if you are unhappy with them. Check into refund policies before signing up.

My daughter trained and competed at BIG for about 6 years. A very clean, family oriented Gym that quickly became her 2nd home! With knowledgeable, professional coaches, who are big on safety, We trusted she was always in good hands!!

We love BIG! After a series of unfortunate events at our previous gym last year, we found ourselves on the hunt for a new gym home for my girls to practice and compete . We tried multiple gyms in the area and there were definitely pros and cons of them all. When we came to tryout at BIG, everything felt right and clicked. I remember my girls looked at me and said “this is the one.” So here we are!:). …And let me tell you, we are here A LOT, with both my girls on the competitive team and my son in the Ninja class. Coaches are amazing! Gym is clean! Everyone’s friendly! Etc, etc, etc! So happy to have found the whole package and see my girls so happy again!

We have been going to BIG for over 10 years. Our daughter considers this her home. The coaches are amazing and extremely supportive and make it fun for all levels. They focus on safety and healthy habits to enable growth over the years. They provide many opportunities for the gymnasts.

Wonderful gymnastics program. Our daughter has been attending Big for over a year now and is in their pre-team program. The coaches are wonderful with the little kids and the program works. Our daughter has shown so much growth in this last year with their well structured program. Thank you Big!
