I came for a YOKKAO seminar featuring Saenchai, Yodchai, Spencer, and Kru Jack. I was very impressed with the facility. It's very nice and spacious with great equipment.

I have been training at CounterStrike/Bodhi BJJ for over 2 years. I love it and attend as much as I can, usually 2-3 times per week. The prices are competitive, possibly a little lower than other comparable gyms. I started with BJJ and then added Judo. Tristan and Juan are great BJJ instructors. They are patient and very detailed in their instruction. Classes are fun and great exercise. One of the best parts is the camaraderie, the students are all good people which makes it a fun and relaxed learning environment. Mark teaches Judo and is very well versed. He is always open to suggestion on what the students want to work on that day. He has something like 35 years experience. I have no reservations recommending training here to anyone. Plus, we just moved to a new, larger training facility.

Visited for a competition so I can't speak to the classes, but was impressed with this gym. Spacious and very clean facilities. Quality equipment and the owners are great people.

I go to Counter Strike about 2-3 times a day, primarily for my personal trainer Mat from Trumove personal training, He has helped me out so much after my car accident. This location is great and has quite a few programs you can get into such as Ju Ji Tsu even for the younger kids who want to get into it.

What a hardcore experience !Got a chance to join Muay thai classStriking along with various clinching technique....and whohhhh the pain is real as well as the gain! Such a good vibes there.Coolest people ever. Id definitely recommend this place. ขอบคุณคะ

Staff was exceptionally friendly, and graciously offered a free 1 week trial. I expected an aggressive sales pitch, but the friendly atmosphere put me at ease. From what I seen, the instructors are certified, and definitely make an initiative to welcome beginners. I would recommend this place to anyone for their friendliness, customer service, welcoming environment, and skilled instructors.

needed a class to get me in to the gym to change up my perspective and without a doubt, Muay Thai did it for me. I've been training at Counterstrike when I get the chance on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The team of diverse coaches is exceptionally talented and professional, all of my classmates create a challenging and encouraging environment which is not only ego-free, but truly brings out the personal best in all of us.

I've been training Muay Thai on and off here for many years and have learned a lot, while being able to get a good workout. Not only do they offer MMA classes, but they also have a fitness program through Maximum Sports Performance which I started the circuit training classes to try something different. They do offer a free trial for their classes, so its nice to checkout first before you enroll.CS has a nice big clean facility, excellent staff and training environment! Being a beginner, I was hesitant to start training but they work with all levels, adults and kids. Can't wait until my babies get older so they can take the kids MMA classes. Throughout the years, there has been much needed updates to the gym.

I took their 1 week free trial, and I was very satisfied because of how well they do their job training. Everybody was in a different level of skill, but all was equally treated the same. To add on, the facility is great and has an enlightening atmosphere if you are into physical activity. Overall, I recommend this place for others who are interested in training!

Instructors are nice, however do not sign a year contract with them. If you have any life circumstances that you need to get out of it. They are not willing to work with you. They will ignore emails, phone calls for over a month and when you finally do make contact with them, they are incredibly rude and will threaten to take you to court over it. I do not recommend this place based on these facts alone. Go somewhere more professional and more organized.
