Scott runs a great, accommodating program . The classes are well organized with and anyone from any level of fitness can participate. He has helped to create a great, inclusive culture for new participants and regulars alike. The trainers are dedicated and resourceful which helps to complete the experience there as well.

As far as fitness goes, after 7 months of going here I have made ridiculous, almost unbelievable gains. I started noticing serious changes after just the first month of training with coaches Scott and Elizabeth, not to mention the entire CFP crew. This was not expected as I spent many years as a typical LA Fitness meat head kind of guy.Just as good as the workouts and training are the people. Everybody here encourages you to work hard and do your best. I noticed right away that personal achievements are made amongst other members who genuinely want you to do better and be better all the time.In my personal experience, the first few months were tough but after sticking with it I started feeling better and better after every workout. The biggest benefit for me was a huge improvement in recovery time. I can put myself through hell but when it's over I feel pretty much fine within 5-10 minutes. This has also helped with friends and family who like to be active. I am truly grateful to have found this place :)
