Nice little gym with almost everything you need. Open 24/7. Never crowded. The best part is that it is not overrun with teenagers sitting on the equipment playing on their phones making TikTok videos (which is the reason I left my last gym).

My workout journey started about 10 years ago with CrossFit. I was certain that was the gym for me. I learned how to use a barbell and the rig. Sure I lost some weight and gained some muscle. But quickly I plateaued even with my nutrition on point. When Covid hit, gyms we’re closed down and I also unfortunately lost my job as I was in live events. So, I had to find something less expensive. Oh how I looked at those machines in utter disgust 🤦🏼♀️ After all, I was a Crossfitter. 3 years forward you won’t be able to get me off the machines 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve gone from doing a WOD for one hour a day with multiple breaks to lifting my heaviest, taking HIIT Classes and looking my best at 50+ years old! I’ve never been more supported and understood by this coaching staff to get me out of my own way to show me what I’m truly capable of. In the darkness of Covid I found the light. Life gives you circumstances which sometimes seem impossible only to be your greatest gift. Thank you Fitness Premiere!
