The coaches are so helpful and friendly. The workouts are different everyday and work every part of your body. I have been to 5 classes and look forward to coming every time.

Joined almost a year ago and love it. Staff are friendly, professional, and knowldgable about various aspects of fitness. The classes are fun and always different, and everyone is enouraged to work at their fitness level.

Started my journey at FBBC a month ago. I go three times a week and started feeling the results immediately. I know I'm getting stronger each week. Love how short the classes are, especially knowing I'm getting so much accomplished in that time.

I joined Plainfield Fit Body Boot Camp (PFBBC) last September to get a better shape for my backpacking trips. I planned to join several months only and I will do the exercises by myself. I am so WRONG! PFBBC called itself as a FitFam for a reason! I come at least 4-5 times during the weekdays to see my friendly coaches and the gangs that I see every morning. I feel welcome and they have great energy! It becomes a happy place beside the wilderness. You won't understand until you joined the gym for at least 2 months. You see the results and the happiness from workouts. Did I mention the knowledgeable and friendly coaches? They called you by first name in each class! Highly recommended.

This place is an amazing find! The coaches are incredibly kind and motivating and the other people you work out with are so welcoming. The team will push you to your limits, but are always checking in with you to make sure you are doing ok. As challenging as the work outs are, you can do anything for 30 minutes.
