Employees are friendly. They are constantly cleaning. They were doing this even before the virus. I've been to a lot of PF's over the years. Plainfield's is by far the cleanest one I've been in.

This location is awesome. Clean and excellent customer service. Environment there is top notch and I would recommend it for all to come and see for yourselves. Did I mention they have great customer service. Plainfield Planet Fitness is the place to be.

I love this place. It is fantastically well kept and so clean compared to some other gyms I've been in. The trainers are magnificent and absolutely worth the time to get to know. Even with COVID, I couldn't be happier with the cleanliness and friendly staff.

The staff is amazing! They get to know the regulars, answer all questions and it's always extremely clean in the gym and locker rooms! The prices are outstanding!! BEST GYM EVER... PERIOD!

Planet fitness has improved their mandatory requirement of wearing masks which makes me feel more comfortable. I also respect very much that they have plenty of cleaning supplies so you can wipe down the equipment after you're finished using. Most patrons are very active in doing this.

Best planet fitness in the area. Staff is always friendly, facilities are clean, and there is a good selection of free weights and machines. I originally signed up at the yorkville location, but switched here after only a few visits. I used to workout at LA fitness and I'm now realizing it was a huge waste of money. Plant fitness has EVERYTHING for an unbeatable price.

It's very clean. Maybe because it's new but only time will tell. I like how reasonable the fee is! I got the black card because husband will sometimes join me. Oh, I also like how I could check the crowd meter on the app! Or even see how often I've gone to workout!

Nice friendly place for the novice or experienced person. The staff is friendly and the fellow patrons are as well. The quality of the various equipment is high and the quantity of machines available means that most equipment is available with minimal to no wait. It seems as if the staff has been reorganized lately and new standards put into effect to keep the place cleaner and in good shape. Overall, very good place to work out.
