Love coming here never had a problem here it's always clean restrooms are nice and their equipment is great

The Plainfield Planet Fitness is awesome! Clean, bright, cheerful and the equipment is kept in good repair. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. This is the first gym I have ever joined that I actually enjoy going to, and I didn't quit after 2 months.

Tried this using the day pass and the and was not disappointed. There is lots of equipment, it is clean and you feel like you can work out with no judgement - just as they advertise.

The staff is friendly and Approachable and doesn’t give you that feeling like you’re bothering them or they’re annoyed like you have greeted me every time I’ve come in they said goodbye every time I’ve left definitely five star compared to some of the other Planet Fitness locations I have gone to.

It gets the job done and they have social fitnessing. However I asked to use the spa at 9:40pm and they told me it closes early on the weekend. I don't get how we can use gym equipment until 10pm but not the spa... and the girl who work during night time with the dark hair is the rudest person the gym has hired. Usually the staff is nice.

I haven’t had much luck with planet fitness. The last one I went to finessed me by making it difficult to cancel membership. Anyways, today I had an agitating experience with someone who seemed to be a manager. I was told his name is CJ.When I walked in to workout this afternoon there were three people at the front desk, two of which were helping someone at a computer and the third (CJ) on a computer of his own. I was hesitant on who to approach to scan my barcode for entry, so I stood in between waiting an glancing between the two groups.As I stood there, waiting, CJ snaps at me out of nowhere. I had just entered the gym! Needless to say I did not feel very welcome. He says “she’ll be with you soon, you can wait” sharply. I was caught off guard, since I figured he might be able to scan me in if he was not with a customer. Or maybe one of the other people could have helped me.The customer service here is not very patient and it seems like they don’t care for their customers.Additionally, planet fitness has the continuity between stores of no free barbells and lack of heavy weight. Smith machines are the closest thing to a barbell they have. It is very restricting and unpleasant.The only thing they have going for them is cheap memberships. Ha!

It is a nice place to work out. They don't offer classes but have plenty of equipment so no one is left out. Nice workers and clean place. Membership isless money then otherGyms in the area.

I love that this company is nationwide. If I'm traveling I can still have access to all the available amenities. (Gym, shower, tanning, massage devices, ect.) Staff has always been friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because I know people that have been 'kicked out' if another patron finds them intimidating or makes them uncomfortable. I don't agree with that but I keep my head down and focus on my own workouts.

I don't understand why this location has Employee's that are rude and Passive Aggressive. The Asian Female Front Desk Employee shouldn't be working at Planet Fitness. Her behavior, demeanor and energy is horrible. I normally approach Employee's that behave unprofessionally, but I chose to leave a review instead. Let's Hope Mgmt. takes actions to replace Employee's that don't want to work at Planet Fitness.
