TK Gym Four Lakes

Signed up for a short membership whilst visiting my sister from London and was very surprised. Great equipment that you won't find anywhere else to train functional movements.It's never too busy. People actually put away their weights.It was usually empty whenever I went so can connect to the Bluetooth speakers.Will definitely sign up again next time I'm visiting.

After searching for gyms in the area I found TK Gym and was very impressed. This gym is tucked away in a nice area and loaded with just about every piece of equipment you would ever need. Never too busy that you have to wait for something you would need and everything is kept clean. A good gym where you can go in and get work done without interruptions. Would definitely recommend getting a membership here!

Nice hidden gym. The best thing about this gym is that you don’t have to deal with a bunch of teenagers sitting around the equipment, playing on their phones like the recreation center, or racks missing weights like Xsport. Month to month membership is reasonable especially since you have the place to yourself most of the time.Lastly, for those interested in joining. Please read the piece of paper on the door instead of trying to open the door. You have to contact the owner and make an appointment.

Great little gym and hidden away so it’s never crowded, would highly recommend.

Hidden gem in Lisle. Stopped in here and couldn’t get in, so I texted Eric and he responded within the hour. He drove in to come let me in and try the gym. He’s a great guy. The gym is incredible, has everything you need and specialized equipment that not many gyms have. Great blend of martial arts/boxing equipment and fitness equipment. Loved this place can’t wait to come back!

Really nice local gym! Never had an issue with waiting for equipment or machines. Owner is really passionate about the business and gym which is appreciative and I like how the gym also offers kick boxing classes as well

I was a member here for two years. It is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. Eric is very intentional and meticulous in putting together a great gym, not wasting space with useless colorful machines found at most commercial gyms. He gives great advice and cares about the health of the members. I moved away a couple months ago and am struggling to find a gym to replace TK. I was spoiled!! Definitely worth getting a membership.

I was only a member for a short time, but this gym is an absolute hidden gym. Eric has put together a great facility, with extremely well thought out equipment that is functional with no wasted space. Eric is also extremely knowledgeable and gracious with his time, answering questions for me on numerous occasions.

Very few gyms are built to support a bunch of different physical programs for fitness. TK has a range of machines and equipment to provide a great experience no matter your fitness level.

Sadly I had a difficult encounter with this gym. I came at 9am to the gym to sign up for a membership and the lights were on, I knocked, no one was there. I called three times. Left a text message and got nothing. So I went home and came back later. Still, lights on and called and texted. No response. I ended up going to a different gym for a membership. I received a text around 8 at night about how I could come in tomorrow morning. Sadly, I already got a membership at another gym. Potentially have a better system for getting memberships that could be more consistent.
