Kevin was a great boxing instructor for my first class. Im a lefty, but he still took the time to make sure I understood everything.

I explained to them through e-mails and in person that I can only train for 3 months because im going away to college. I have an e-mail by Mike Morsi that states he will just have me on a monthly since im going away to school. I go inside to sign-up and explain to the guy at the counter i can only train for a couple of months because im going away to college. The guy at the counter said he can set me up for a monthly membership and told me to make sure i give him a 45 days notice before i leave, so that he can stop or freeze payments. Long story short, I gave a 45 days notice and Mike Morsi not only ended my membership the same day but he charged me a $50 fee for breaking a yearly contract. First, this is suppose to be a professional business and they do not have a number to call down to that gym. Second, I sent him an e-mail and a few days later he responded stating he has me in the system as a yearly contract. Keep in mind, i never signed up with Mike Morsi, so I decided to go to the gym in person and speak to the person i signed up with. I have a Galaxy S6 which has a clear recording mic, so before i got out of the car I begin recording on my cell. I stated my name and the date and that im about to go inside of this gym and discuss the $50 I was charged. I did this for legal purposes. Long story short, I have the guy voice who signed me up stating i should not be charged $50 because im monthly and not yearly. It also recorded Mike who over heard our conversation and intervene, stating that the system is down and as soon as it's up he will log in my account and refund me my $50. Three weeks later, this guy hasn't refunded anything, he lied. I knew he was lying when he had that stupid smirk on his face while he was saying this to me. I sent e-mails and he never responded anymore. I read the negative feedback on this gym about their mishandling of money on Google but I didnt think I would be a victim of this. As far as the gym, the walls are filthy and dirty. The mats where the bags hang were always dirty and i stop taking off my shoes because there were always little rocks on the mat from pieces falling off from the ceiling, stepping on little rocks don't feel good at all. This shows they do not sweep and clean the mats before every class. If mats aren't disinfectant regularly, bacteria will grow and from there you can get things like the pink-eye and strip-throat. They have no disinfect near their weight bench or threadmill, or anywhere in the gym. So after a person works out and sweat all over the equipment, it just air-dry and nothing around to disinfect or wipe it off as gyms such as planet fitness have ready for its customers. The only good thing about this gym is the kickboxing instructor name Derrick. He a great instructor and they do not deserve him. Join at your own risk be careful of your agreements and what you sign because Mike is a thief and out to squeeze you for any dime he can.

If you are looking for a proper mma gym, this is the last place anyone should try. The classes are almost as awful as the trainers. I learned more valuable techniques at my previous gym in 2 days than an entire year at UFC gym. Sad but true. This place is concerned solely with bringing in new members opposed to the quality of their trainers/classes. If anyone actually rates this place positively, they must be retarded! Don't waste your money here! You've been warned

Really a great gym. They have hard classes that will push you to your limits, and they have a very encouraging environment as well. I have never had such a great time at the gym before signing up here. They really make you wanna keep coming. I think anyone interested in getting in shape should check this place out.

Love love love this gym!! Trainers are amazing and get you to where you would like to be. They push you. Train you. And motivate you. Cannot wait to continue down this route. The staff take you in as friends almost immediately. If you are looking to be pushed but have a few laughs this is the place to be. Thank you Ufc gym for getting me to where I wanted to be. Sign up asap!

Unfortunately, I am highly disappointed with this gym. I was excited to learn new techniques because when I was sold on the personal training I was ensured about the quality of the gym, training, and staff. I signed up for personal training (boxing) and the trainer constantly kept cancelling on me for various reasons. Then, I showed up to the gym ready for my first training session and the gym informed me that the trainer no longer worked there (with no phone call or email to inform me). After that, I let the sales person talk me into going with a different trainer. Well, again after three days that trainer never contacted me as well. I called the gym to ask for my money back, and I was informed that they do not do refunds on personal training but I could transfer it to someone else. Why would I transfer it to someone else to give them a headache? So, basically I just gave the gym my hard earned money for something that I didn't even receive after two weeks. Yet, was told they could not refund me for them constantly cancelling on me. I will stick with Title Boxing Club where I receive what I was guaranteed. I had much higher hopes with this gym due to the "UFC" title. My advice: stop pitching the sales speech to everyone and just admit when you don't have a handle on things that you are offering to your members. If you can't deliver what is guaranteed, stop taking people's money.
