Liz is great! I’m not a gym goer. I just started my membership because I work an office job and need to get my body moving. I called into the Boynton location to inquire about the guest passes and general questions about classes and what’s provided. Liz is kind and helpful and informative!

Europeans go away!We are not welcome here!The manager on the 10/30/23 5pm wasn't nice, could have let me use the 3 day pass but forced me to pay 10$ because I was European and may not come back. Excellent customer service haha 😆.The place is clean and good machines though.

It has its goods and bads. This location is attached to the antiquated and half-empty Boynton Beach Mall. It's a wildcard driving into the plaza in the early morning or later at night because you never know if the street lights are on. If they're off, it feels very unsafe driving through the mall parking lot, and I certainly would never walk it. The gym opens at 5am, but it's not unusual to wait on the employee to show up. Sometimes, he's as late as 15-20 minutes. His reason? "I slept in, and I'm getting used to my new school schedule." A reason I can empathize with as a human, but as a customer, found irritating and inexcusable. Many of us chose this gym over others like the YMCA, specifically because it opens 30 minutes earlier, and we want the extra time before work. The facility itself is well stocked, clean, and offers a large array of strength and aerobic equipment. I especially love the turf area with the sled equipment and the huge ab machine section. It also should be mentioned that they offer a wide selection of membership options and often have sign up specials that wave the sign up fee - all very helpful for someone on a budget.

Great gym atmosphere. Super friendly but also good equipment as people are here to get fit. Great for newbies and crusty old gym rats! Set up for whatever kind of workout you like!

Very clean gym with a good variety of equipment.

The staff members didn't cancel my membership with the $10. Til this day they are telling me I owe money from membership which means somebody is Stealing money 💰 and I don't go there at all for 5 to ten years. I told them to cancel it I already pay it. They never cancel it til this day. And nobody listening 🎶 so I'm definitely not paying nothing because I pay to cancel it and I do not go to gym! Ps they got the nerve to say to me well I'm ask your family for to pay rest of my membership and I said no. Youfit is very horrible 😢
