For the price, the value is pretty great. It has exactly what I need, nothing more, nothing less. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and the equipment is usually in good shape.

Burn baby burn! This is a great gem to go work out at here they have all that you need and the staff is incredibly friendly and nobody harasses you and you work out. I love it there and my church is right next door. Very convenient!

If you can avoid the times when it's crowded, it's a nice place to get in a workout. It's too bad this location isn't a 24-hour location anymore. That was definitely convenient for late-night workouts.

i love going to youfit because all the classes is excellent,clean environment & friendly staff! instuctor Linda wow for her she is great i cannot miss sunday& wenesday classes because of her 😍😘 except i wish theyy were 24hr like planet fitness me and my couple of friends probably quite going to youfit at some point because there are time they overcrowded i could of come later at night specially on friday i can't because they closed too early again i we wish they were 24hrs

Worst gym ever. I cancelled my membership, signed the paperwork and paid a $10 fee. This was over a year ago. I just got a call that my account went to collections!!!! After a year of being cancelled! The corporate office was rude. So I called the gym itself. They said that the corporate office could have seen that my account was cancelled and paid had the really looked. So I called the corporate office back. They said it was the gyms fault for not processing the oaperwork correctly but that yes, I shouldn’t have been sent to collections but “oops” I already was.... so I had to speak with a manager to straighten it out. Unfortunately it would take a manager DAYS to call me back as there was a lot of people waiting to speak with a manager.... in the meantime, I’ve already been reported to collections.... absolutely ridiculous. Shameful customer service and really bad business practices.

I love going here. Always get a great workout in here. They have a great selection and equipment and everything is super clean. Management is super helpful and friendly, and so is their staff especially at night.

Horrible place to work for. The turn over rate is high and I found out why. I was having problems with a member who kept disrespecting me and the last time was the last straw. He called me names and threatened me. I decided to call authority since management decided to take away security's number down. I waited to tell the right manager, since the general manager Mike was the one who ended up giving him a membership even though I told him the guy was giving me trouble the second scuffle we had. I didnt feel I could trust him, so I waited for Paula the operations manager to get back from vacation since I know she gets things done. It made me feel safe once I immediately told her the incident. Paula said they would revoke his membership even though I had proof from another co-worker to back me up with what happened. As I clocked in, they told me they would let him keep his membership because he was polite and civil over the phone. I felt unsafe with knowing the fact that I worked night times and he threatened me. Mind you, I am a small girl while he stands about 1 foot taller than me with 100 lbs bigger than me. I decided to go to Mike the manager but he told me since I didnt tell him directly or immediately, he would let this guy keep his membership despite the he kept naming calling and threatened me. How horrible to know that management is willing to keep members who dont know how to treat others around than to keep workers representing that company and their safety.

It's not a reasonable to ask Youfit members to postpone going to the gym during the middle of the afternoon because of a photo shoot sponsored by the corporate office, I think who attend your gym would agree. You really need to think about rescheduling this activity for a time that's less busy or it may risk upsetting more people than just me. If I'm speaking up about this matter, you can imagine that there are others.Also, it's been months and months now that the small utility benches (the uprights ones) have been missing from your gym but apparently are on order. The latest was that they were shipped out on 23 February and were expected to arrive soon. Well, it's now mid-March and the gym is still going with them, a piece of equipment that is heavily used. Please do your best to make sure that these items become available.Also, why did you change cable providers so that there is essentially is no mind-numbering cable news? I suppose it's a plus not having it, but I would usually watch it during my runs to catch up on current events.Finally, you need to make more of effort to ensure that members are not leaving their large gym bags on the gym floor. They are a hazard and could cause an injury.

Nice clean gym but they close way too much. They are closing three days in a row for Hurricane Dorian while most businesses are open. That’s a bit ridiculous. They also closed a full day for a staff party. Again ridiculous. I don’t know many businesses that do that. We don’t need little apologies from the manager either. You should only be closed on major holidays. They already have our money though so they probably don’t care.
