I was having trouble losing weight and finding the motivation to workout on a consistent schedule or find the right exercises to do. I hired Matt to help me become overall healthier and achieve my goals and I can confidently say he is the best at what he does! Not only can you workout in the comfort of your own house or yard but Matt is extremely personable and keeps you entertained and motivated during your workout session. He knows just how hard to push you and always gives encouragement to help motivate you. I actually enjoy working out again. I would recommend Matt to everyone!! He is the best!

Matt Pedersen helped change my life.
