My son has trained with Master Wilden for over 3 years in his Broken Arrow location. He has now started training in his new location and he absolutely loves it. Along with martial arts, I love the discipline and respect that is being taught. Highly recommended.

I have known Grand Master Gary Wilden for about 8.5 years. He is a very accomplished martial arts instructor and his new gym offers a very unique approach to several forms of self defense training. Including a Multiple Interactive Leaning Objectives, MILO, unit that provides a safe and very realistic training scenarios for how to quickly handle dangerous situations.

I attended a ladies self-defense intro course on Jan 18. I learned a lot about REAL street defense in case of attack. Grand Master Wilden and his staff are the real deal and very serious about teaching you to defend yourself. I wish I lived closer (2 hours away) so I could attend more classes. If you're anywhere near Bixby, do yourself a favor and take his courses!

Home like. Comfortable environment.very understanding staff and caring as well. Plus the CAPS is FUN and educational.Ive been looking for a gym for over a year and I found my place! Has few free classes through out the year. And holiday deals!
