I love this place! I'm legit obsessed. I recommend trying every class - I rotate through them all. The staff is very helpful and friendly and it is immaculately CLEAN! Best workout in this area!

This facility is amazing. I love the science of “hot” workouts with the infrared sauna. Don’t be fooled - it is so much more than yoga. You can achieve any level of exercise desired. Weights, rowing, bike, etc. Facility is always clean and 24/7 access seals the deal.
