My family absolutely loves this place. The other students, the instructor Jimmy, the whole vibe keeps us coming back for more. We learn something new every class, we get one heck of a good work out in and its the best bonding experience having my kids in class right a long side me. We are building confidence and character, learning to defend ourselves and others and having fun at the same time. Thank you Jimmy Oban!

Jimmy, the professor, is the best! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going for about a year now and I love it. I’ve lost about 40 pounds and feel so much better.

Great gym that’s very active in the 918 Jiu Jitsu scene. Professor Jimmy Oban is a Black Belt out of the Triton Fight Center and has a vast amount of knowledge in traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You won’t find flashy and fancy here but you will find sound fundamentals and techniques with practical use in both competition settings and self defense situations. Jimmy doesn’t rush promotions but makes sure you have the knowledge and skills before you move to the next level. I highly recommend this gym for both adults and kids. Ronin even has a family class in the evenings so parents can train alongside their children.

Went in for open mat today and had a blast. Very skilled group of people who are just happy to be there, get some cardio, and learn. Coach is amazing and knows what to look for in his students and help them improve.

This place is growing. My child can now go 5 times a week! The adults in the classes are dropping in weight. They even have 2 girl scouts there.
