I have trained with Jonathan for around 10 years. He has a ton of knowledge, is attentive to each person and their specific limitations and needs, and he truly cares about his clients. He has a very unique approach to functional fitness with unique one-of-a-kind equipment. I have seen him train elite athletes to improve their performance, train people to go into the military, work with elderly people trying to improve their quality of life (or get their life back), rehab people who have limitations or injuries, pretty much any level of training and any desired result can be obtained if you are consistent with his programs. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else through my middle age and beyond to keep me healthy, strong, functional and able to have the best quality of life I can.

Jonathan is the best around. His one-of-a-kind equipment and training style are great for anyone all the way from high performance athletes to anyone just starting to workout. His extensive knowledge will help move you from where you are to where you want to be. The workouts are very challenging but doable for all fitness levels. I cannot recommend enough. The best trainer and workouts around.

Hands down the best trainer and gym around. I have trained with Jonathan on and off for many years. His knowledge and technique is just amazing. He will get you the strongest you have ever been. The workouts and equipment are one of a kind and are fun and effective. I love the fact that at any level, age or condition you can train here. He will push you to realize how strong you are and can be. You will not regret being apart of this.

The knowledge Jonathan has and his ability to challenge you while keeping you interested is unmatched. His workouts are like nothing else offered and focus on mobility and functional strength. Gyms were intimidating for me but with Jonathans guidance I have seen incredible results. If you've ever struggled on what to do, how to do or when to do when it comes to getting in shape and hitting new benchmarks in you strength and fitness, Jonathan has the answers. Johnathan is a great trainer and gives everyone just tm right amount of attention. The workouts are great and he's very attentive of time as well. I get a great workout in an hour every day.

Great group workout every weekday morning. Very reliable. We start on time and are out in an hour. When I can't do a full move, Jonathan will help me modify it. He works with you to build up to the full range of the move.

Great trainer who takes everyone’s needs into account when coaching classes or designing individual plans. This is the first workout class where I’ve felt consistently engaged and ready to come back every time. It’s definitely challenging, and I’ve seen the great results that comes with that. True strength training with high attention to form, mobility, and the ability to keep going hard for the long haul. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to details, and just a really great guy.
