This gym is very welcoming and I enjoy their workouts. I think the pacing is well thought out aswell. I would advise other people to try out this gym for sure.

Great camp, would highly recommend. Coaches are really nice, the owner is great too. He takes the time to explain the exercises correctly for best result. Victoria in the front is amazing too! Give it a try!

As a mother of four kids, I have struggled to 1. Prioritize my own physical while juggling sports for multiple kids, girl scouts, church, working full-time, etc. and 2. Find a gym that does group workouts because I can't afford personal training, but crossfit seems pretty intimidating for me. THIS GYM IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION! They offer early morning workouts that switch off between strength training and high intensity interval training. It's not only women that go these so my husband and I go together super early in the morning (some times my hubby didn't want to go to group classes at the gym because he would be the only male). They design the workout for the day, teach you how to do them safely, motivate you to push yourself, and it has a super positive vibe. I have been going for three weeks now and so far LOVING IT!

For anyone looking to get in great shape, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is so encouraging that it pushes you to do better every time you go. All the coaches teach you good form and how to do everything the correct way. Plus, they have awesome attitudes!

I've been coming here for a month now and I love the group classes because they challenge me enough to keep me interested and coming back for more. The trainers mix it up nicely and help me out when I need it. They give me just enough space to let me figure things out on my own, but also to correct me when I am doing something incorrectly and risk getting hurt. I'm not a gym rat, never have been and never will be, so I have struggled with motivation in the past. These classes are great in that I don't feel intimidated or judged by others. Everyone is there to get fit and not be over the top about it. This is just what I need! They also offer a nutrition plan to help with overall weight loss which is nice to have. I recommend this place for everyone!

I’m fairly new in boot camp, but I’m really enjoying it! I have been to four classes. Each class were different, which I find fun and always something new. The coaches are awesome! They encourage and motivate you. Looking forward to attend more classes!

I’ve been at 1 fit boot camp in Cypress for 3 weeks now and I love it. It’s really motivated me to get up and get moving again. I was unhappy with my weight and stamina, and with the help from their trainers and nutrition plan I was able to turn that around. If you are looking for a change don’t hesitate and sign up NOW! They are committed to helping you learn how to take care of your body, and workout in a safe way which is very important. I’ve had to modify workouts due to my career (massage therapy) and how I’m able to use my muscles after a long work week, every trainer I’ve had has taken the time to really help my issues. There also isn’t a day that goes by without emails and texts about workout/nutrition plans and check ins from the staff and owner that make you feel welcome and taken care of.

Great place and friendly staff. So far, I am 3 weeks in and loving the experience - I'm down on the pounds I initially had set as my goal and still dropping .I made the decision of purchasing a Groupon offer - 4 weeks of Unlimited boot camp classes just to try it out. Love the vibe the trainers give for each and every workout. Great Place to get in shape.

By far the best gym I’ve been to. Great coaches/ trainers so encouraging and motivating you can’t help but want to do your best. Not like most gyms they care and notice if you don’t show up. Everyone is friendly. Definitely good if you have or healing from a sports/personal injury you work at your own pace. The hours for this gym is also a big plus.

This is a great gym! The trainers are truly invested in your progress and they bring a great energy to the classes. Classes are tough, but you will feel so amazing after! There is also a nice availability of sessions whether you prefer to work out in the morning or the evening.
