I love this gym, I have been going for almost 4 years now. It's very family oriented!! The people are amazing and I love the diversity. This GYM has so many amazing grapplers and high level competitors. If your serious about BJJ than this is the place for you.

Checkmat Buena Park has changed my life in a very positive way ever since I started training March of 2018. I've personally lost 35 lbs since March, and have become much stronger. Everyone here from the instructors to the people who are practicing with you are happy to share knowledge and help you progress your own understanding of Jiu-Jitsu, as long as you are willing to ask!
