My son joined Empire Training Grounds to get strong enough to compete in wrestling at the college level. It's been the best strengthening program that he's been a part of. The trainers are very effective and motivating.

A little pricey and not clear on class times and services people are friendly honestly I think we got bamboozled and chipped I don't think it's ideal for a high school student just starting out to take like 10 classes and then charge an arm and a leg I don't think it was worth the money no individual training I think we just felt lost just wrestling around no training that's for people that I guess like that stuff or I already have my experience not for us I'm glad they're still in business they're good guys worse than the best

I really enjoyed my work out session with Omar, he was friendly and knowledgeable! I really liked the quality equipment and mats he had at his gym. During my workout he was pushing me to be stronger and keep my pace so I can attain my strength goals! I would recommend him and his gym for any training and even rehab! (coming real soon) Keep up the great work!
