the gym itself is really nice had a good workout and i was excited to use the big spa in the back too bad i didn’t get to use it because the front desk person was no where to be found for over an hour so i just left

Inferior tanning beds that don’t have the same features as other locations as well as an odd layout that results in everyone bumping into each other. I will not come here again.

I was told I needed shoes that cover your toes upon sign up. I wore my Ugg minis and was told they have a higher chance of making me slip so I can’t wear them.These are ICE boots. They have more thread and are less likely to make u slip than sneakers. Also they cover my toes and more of my feet.I don’t like when different employees have unaligned stories. I wouldn’t have signed up if I thought they’d hassle meEdit: owner doesn’t even read reviews before responding. They do cover my toes. So what exactly is the problem. They align with your dress code

First time visiting this location, very dirty only 1 employee working that I can tell on a Sunday morning around 3 AM, that employee sitting down while the gym is disgustingly dirty, the floors are nasty in Lockerroom and out on the floor. Im convinced that the solution in the sanitizer bottles is nothing more than water! Are you kidding me!

They are racist I will never go to this gym again. The fat lady that was there on the day this review was posted refused to service me. I am a black card member and she refused to look up my information because I was a black female as everyone else in the gym was white. This was complete discrimination and I will be contacting corporate. RACISTS

Newly built gym. Clean. New equipment. I never have to wait for a machine. However, I feel the free weights area could be expanded because it is always busy no matter what time of day.
