Great place to go for local massages! All the therapists are fantastic and very knowledgeable. They offer therapeutic deep tissue, hot stone and cupping! Amazing facility and very clean.

To close down the pools in the middle of July makes absolutely no sense even more so when you share the pool with a pt facilitythe pool should have been shut down in the winter not in the middle of summer duh

Love this gym! Staff is friendly. They have childcare while working out and many different services for your children. Classes for all different fitness levels. Personal trainers. Nutrition classes. They have two pools (lap pool and warm water pool), a hot tub, sauna, and a steam room. Free weights and exercise machines. A wellness spa. A rockwall. All that, and I am sure I am still forgetting stuff.

I wish the membership wasn't so high. I go for physical therapy and love the facility.

Update to my initial review:I originally had issues scheduling my boys for private swim lessons. The process took a couple weeks and some back and forth. I believe it's an isolated incident but was frustrated with the process.Since the above issue, our boys are now in swim lessons with John at Sequoia. I can tell you that John has been awesome and I can see the progress in each boy, each lesson. Our boys are 6 and 4 and John interacts so well with them and does a great job working with them! I'm very impressed by him and the work he's done with our boys. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone considering swim lessons for their kids and have recommended him to some of our friends. We've had our boys to 3 other places over the past couple years. One was an outdoor location and then two indoor locations. The one indoor place was super crowded and the kids didn't get a lot of time to learn and practice the skills. They got about 5 minutes to swim each lesson. The other indoor place, the instructors just weren't that good and seemed like it stemmed from lack of experience. They didn't seem to know what to do during the lessons to teach the kids and was more or less a free swim.
