I needed to find this fitness experience and feel very fortunate!! The founder Chris Craig and his right hand man Chris McCune are some of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to what can really move the needle in your health and wellness and recovery goals. They are deep in to regenerative medicine Science and Technology, more than that, they are amazing human beings! I've heard nothing negative from people I Have interviewed for stories that are inspirational in regard to their patrons. Nothing but the highest regard.Personally, I have had beyond an enjoyable experience about 20 different times with these guys. I'm from Phoenix Arizona but I make it a point to come down here when I'm in town I've also had over 10 people come in from other States to check out what they're doing because just visiting one time can make a big difference but of course more you visit the more results.I love everything they have there to use but some of my favorites are the altitude training or cycling, from the CVAC, The cryo Room, The pulse centers PEMF bed, The Carol bike and BrainTap zenning out in infrared or laying down for a lymphatic drainage session.I cannot stress enough that it's the culture, and the vibe and the knowledge of the guys running it that is the best part of fitness Genome!
