I totally loved this place. GREAT workouts, skilled trainers, very clean, new equipment, kind people! Mostly I loved that the staff treated me like family, remembered my name and welcomed me to each class.

*BEWARE* I paid over $ 2,000 and was taken advantage of by this business. I paid for their yoga teacher training in 2016 and the teacher fell pregnant, and then other issues like there wasn’t enough ppl enrolled or whatever kept popping up and then the start date was later than planned. Anyways I then moved from the SD area and never got to partake in the training. I asked for my money back and despite not ever being told about their policies at the time of purchasing (I literally bought the thing over the phone at the time) not given any type of contract to view prior to purchase. She (Erin and Lauren) essentially stole from me. It’s not right.

Everything about the Fortis and Yoga Lux experience surpassed my expectations. The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable, the facilities are spotless, and the classes are challenging enough to push you but still,?accessible for all skill levels. Incredible!

It was the perfect introduction! The instructor was very knowledgeable, motivating and he made it fun. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. I also was impressed with how clean everything was, especially the locker room which is not always the case at gyms! I am definitely joining!

Dropped in for a workout. Great deal for a drop-in price! Coach explained everything well and the workout was challenging yet fun.

I love this gym! I take barre, yoga, and hiit remix classes with Brittan Matthews the best instructor. Want to have a fun and energetic workout, try one of her classes and be ready to work up a sweat!
