Drip... Drip... Drip... *Deep cleansing breathe* ... Drip... Drip... Drip....This basically sums up hot yoga. The single most cleansing exercise I have ever done. By the end of the hour or hour and a half session, your shirt will be stuck to you and you will be amazed at the amount of sweat dripping from your body. Yet, you will be smiling from ear-to-ear, feeling awake, enlightened, and physically lighter. At PLAY, the teachers will push you to new limits, but they encourage you to go at your own speed. They will smile their yogi smile and welcome you into there zen. It's hard to remember whatever you were stressing about as their soothing voices urge you to let it all go.I wasn't so sure about the heat in the room. It gets hot. Like really hot. Like 106F hot. Yeah... Drip... But honestly, the heat helps you block out the internal voice and simply be in the present... Give it a try. They have GREAT new client specials (10 consecutive days for $10 when I first tried it).

I didn't think when I moved to California that I would be able to find a yoga studio that "topped," the one that I was a member of in Southlake, Texas. I was wrong! The Peace Love and Yoga studio is simply amazing! I hurt my back last year, had to undergo physical therapy for 9 months and thought that I would never be able to practice yoga again. PLAY, has scheduled a class called "Flow and Restore," that is helping not only my back, but my emotional and spiritual well-being. I am so very happy to be doing yoga once again.Julia is an amazing instructor who watches over me, to make sure I don't over-do and injure my back again. To date, this is the only class I've attended with the hope of going to other classes in the near future. Thanks Julia and PLAY for having amazing instructors and classes for those who are trying to overcome injuries. I wish I could give Peace Love and Yoga 10 stars!

I love PLAY - love the experience in the classes! Love that it is mostly HOT yoga! Most of all I love that the owners have the philosophy of really taking care of their customers and working with you. Jess is GREAT - thank you!
