Mama of two here and postpartum was far from a breeze for me! I’m grateful for Melanie and her Pilates expertise during the beginning of this pandemic that truly lit a fire under, in and through me to take my body back. Melanie is the best! At first i was hesitant about Pilates but once I worked with her I saw immediate results! I suffer from back pain due to work and ever since I started working with her my back feels so much stronger with less pain! She’s an excellent communicator and knows how to gauge your fitness level and meet you where you are at. I highly recommend her.

I came to Melanie feeling very weak, tired and run down. She helped me gain my strength back in record time! She is a true healer, a positive energetic soul who exudes joyfulness. She is such a pleasure to train with. The perfect mixture of genuine care and a serious focused attitude. Melanie is an amazing Pilates teacher. Her attention to detail and proper form is quite helpful in getting the best out of each class. She is also full of joy and genuinely cares about her clients, keeping us on point with each aspect of training. She has mastered the art of personalizing workouts for each body, so you can be confident you will receive the proper exercise your body needs regardless of the number of people being instructed with you. Melanie has literally helped me move from scared to exercise (due to multiple injuries/major surgeries) to a Pilates lover. I walk away from each workout feeling challenged but invigorated and I do not suffer from injuries, each workout is progressive and encouraging. I really can't rave enough about Melanie as a human and healer. Melanie provides an environment that is fun and challenging, I never feel pressure to perform in a manner that will cause injury. I simply feel challenged to do what my body allows the day I am working out. If you want to feel stronger, move better and have more balance, make the decision to start your path with Melanie ASAP. Melanie is highly experienced and a gifted instructor. I never had tried pilates before, and she has shown me how beneficial it is for my flexibility and strength. I work at a computer all day, and Melanie's Saturday class has helped me stretch out and strengthen muscles I never realized were so weak! She meets me where I am at and pushes me forward to new goals, which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend!!!

Melanie is truly a wonderful Pilates instructor. She knows the anatomy so well. I came to Melanie with back pain and she immediately taught me corrective exercises to subside the pain. After my time with Melanie, I feel long and lean. Pilates is so much better when you have someone to guide you who is so enthusiastic and caring as Melanie.

I love working with Melanie! She's high energy, motivating, friendly, and she'll kick your butt with the biggest smile so you won't even realize what just happened. I appreciate her teaching as she goes. My first ever Pilates class (and many after that) was with her and, as a former athlete and still highly active person, I really appreciated the knowledge she gave. It helped me understand how to do things properly and why or how things would help (beyond the obvious strengthening).
