Im so glad I found this workout! A couple years ago I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, whereas its not too bad I was worried about what high intensity workouts would do to my body... Then came PVOLVE! Its an amazing workout, thats easy on your body. My back and hips don't ache anymore, I"m getting in great shape, and I really look forward to going to work out now! Yipeee. :)
