The gym is amazing and has everything you need for a good workout. The trainers are really nice and always look to help you achieve your goals in the gym.

I’ve been to AFs across the country for over 15 years and this one is by far the worst. Lots of space but cheaped out on every kind of equipment. 5 treadmills and 3 ellipticals. Smells like sewage when you walk in. Had to be 80 with high humidity inside with 1 industrial ceiling fan and 2 regular ones. 5 of the smallest tvs you can buy only 1 on. Feels like the 90s. AF franchiser should require this place to be updated because it gives the franchise a bad rap. Use your hotel gym if visiting from out of town.

Great gym with a super helpful and friendly staff!

This is the most stand-out AF I've ever been to. It's very clean, the equipment is very high quality, and the gym has a great feel to it. The staff is incredibly friendly, as well.I have to travel all over for work, and this is the gym I always look forward to coming back to. I highly recommend it.

I am at this gym every day. Sadly, I have seen a decline in cleanliness in the past few months. It was never super clean, but not this bad. The hard floors have hair & dirt bunnies floating around. The toilets may be cleaned but that is only one part of the bathroom with other areas being neglected. The showers are gross, hair and scum - and I am not catching this on an off day - they remain this dirty every day. I see the same filth, same hair and dust piles every day. Weights do not appear to every be wiped down. A public gym should be cleaned and sanitized daily!

I love this gym. It is super simple to use, available at all hours. Very clean. Not overwhelming with amounts of equipment but literally has everything you need. The people are my favorite - the other gym goers are just there to do their thing, no awkwardness involved. The staff is amazing. I have been in shape/in the gym most of my life but quarantine/work from home was not kind to me. :) I was nervous to get back in a gym out of fear of being judged. From onboarding to the training sessions, I have felt 0 pressure or judgement - only support and assistance in getting to goals. If you are looking for a place to just get your stuff done and get on with a busy life, this is it!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I just wish the place had more equipment and was bigger, but that's out of their control. Highly recommend becoming a member
