Trained at Brownsburg for many years and saw fantastic results. Size 14 to a 6. Left for five years and started back a few months ago at Zionsville location after a bone density test showed significant bone loss. Love working with David. He is tough which is just what I need. My strength and endurance have improved dramatically. Highly recommend David and Exercise Inc. 20 minutes a week to get amazing results. Many friends and colleagues have had similar weight loss and strength improvement with Exercise Inc.!

I have worked with Kyle Truitt in two different seasons at Exercise Inc. What I enjoy about working with Kyle is that he is always prepared, professional and ready to get going no matter how early I show up.I don't want to have to think or plan out my workouts. Just show up, get the job done and get on with my life. That's exactly what Kyle does for me.I know that my strength is increasing and the scale tells me my weight is decreasing. Can't ask for a better program for 20 minutes a week.

Have been taking Exercise Inc classes with my trainer Ethan since mid spring. I can sure tell the improvements in my stamina and strength. Ethan is fantastic and encouraging. It doesn’t get any easier to make your health a priority than this. 20 minutes a week and you’re making significant improvements in your strength. Anyone can do this-young or old, male or female, you can do this. And ask for Ethan, he’s awesome and he knows his stuff. I train with Ethan and he and the facility are welcoming and friendly.There is no judgement and each session is designed to reach my goals, with adjustments made if necessary by the day, week, or temporary set-back.
