Incredible staff, the best music, and motivating workouts. My wife works there as an instructor, and always comes home with a positive mindset + great attitude. This place is LEGIT! Go put the work in yesterday!

I love the diversity and effectiveness of the workouts. The coaches are awesome and so encouraging! They do a great job with explaining each exercise and are always helping to make sure you’re doing the most effective workout for yourself.

The environment is welcoming and motivating! The members are friendly and always pushing one another to better themselves while enjoying the exercises! The workouts are always new and exciting and you can tell the management cares about giving each member the best experience possible!

Wonderful coaches, challenging workouts that push you each and every session.Started with just the 8x a month packaged and went to unlimited after only 1 month. Loving the results I’m seeing already and feeling amazing. Feels wonderful to be lifting heavy again!

The coaches are knowledgeable, personable, and welcoming. I was a little intimidated to join but I’ve been a member for almost 4 months now. It’s never boring and it’s an awesome way for me to just zone into my workout and not have to plan anything besides showing up! I also love the diverse group of members. There’s people of all ages and fitness abilities. No judgment and lots of support.

Update 6/30 - Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t feel like they get the most out of a normal gym membership. The classes are challenging, the coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and they have plenty of classes to fit everyone’s schedule. Try one of the free/low cost trial classes if you have the chance, definitely worth it!

I've tried several different workout classes in the area, but F45 is by far the best because the workouts are challenging and provide a well-balanced combination of cardio, strength and functional exercises that improve flexibility. I stopped going to the previous workout classes I tried because I felt that I could get just as good, if not a better workout at home, but I don't feel the same about F45. I like it because I am forced to be efficient with my workout time, and I'm more inclined to work out because it requires only 45 minutes of my day. The instructors are helpful, motivating and fun to be around, and they usually play solid music. I highly recommend.

F45 workouts are for anybody and everybody! The atmosphere is highly energetic and coaches are there to encourage/help you with form or any needed modifications. The workouts are constantly changing so you don’t have to worry about getting bored or repeating the same routine!P.S.If music hypes you up during your workout like it does me, this is definitely the place you need to be

F45 clay terrace is great place to work out. Trainers like D Wade, Drew, Darius, Anna, Isaac, Danielle, Haley are all very good at what they do. They motivate you and ensure you are following proper form. F45 for those who are not familiar is cross training routine in group setting which is somewhat more intense than your run of the mill workouts. If you have 45 minutes to spare three times a week, it can be life changing for your physical wellbeing. Please make sure that you follow the nutrition aspect as well though, coaches here can also help you guide on that as well. All in all, I will highly recommend this facility and trainers.
