Pros:1) The instructors are great with the kids. My kids absolutely adore the gymnastics teacher Ms. Maria. She is a treasure.2) The facilities are great and clean. The 2nd floor parent viewing area above the gym is nice.3) Lots of activities to choose from.Cons:1) Billing is essentially a black box with no pricing to be found anywhere. We signed up for a class most of the way through the month and were charged full price up front with no pro-rating. Then a few days later, the normal monthly billing cycle kicked in and we were charged a full month again.2) I signed up for classes on Mondays. Come Labor Day, Interactive is closed for the holiday, but there was no make-up for the missed class. There are like 8 federal holidays on Mondays...3) Trying to terminate a class because school was about to begin and we can no longer show up at 10am was unnecessarily annoying. It required a printed, filled, and signed sheet to be hand delivered to the front desk way in advance of the end of the month.4) The size of the wait-list for a class is completely opaque. You have no clue if you're next or 10th in line.

The principal is very rude and the office staff are very cold. Had the worst experience. Teachers are awesome though!

Wonderful facility— my kids do swim lessons and we love the holiday camps and summer camps.

Classes and teachers are great, however the person on the front desk is extremely rude, the whole time I was there making a request so my daughter could move to another schedule she didn’t say hello, good morning or looked at my face, she seemed annoyed at what I was asking. You may have a waiting list and don’t care if one person leaves or stays but at the end of the day these things matter!

A nice facility, but the lady in charge, Kendra, is the most rude and unprofessional individual we have had to deal with. I refuse to have my kid around someone with little to no respect for others or their children. It’s sad bc it could be a beautiful place, if she knew how to treat others. Save yourself & your child the headache.

This facility should be KNOWN for it's inflexibility to schedule make-up classes (you are given 1 make-up class per 8 weeks). They will not let these make-up classes accumulate for use when you need them. It then can take 6-8 weeks to even get a scheduled make-up time (once it was 2.5 months). Our almost 8 year old has been in a beginner gymnastics class for a year and is still unable to do a simple cartwheel or splits. They are unapologetically inflexible and DON'T care that you are paying almost $25 per class. We are pulling both of our children from this facility after paying almost $2,000 this past YEAR on lessons, without the slightest care from anyone I have spoken to at Interactive Academy. My daughters are heartbroken to leave, but I can't continue to shell out money to a place that unapologetically refuses to provide service after being paid.*Update: We moved to DeVeau's School of Gymnastics and my daughter learned a cartwheel in less than a month. They've already been great with makeups. I recommend them over Interactive Academy any day. My 4 year old is already doing stuff my 8 year old wasn't being taught at IA.

They let my daughter leave the building and she was standing outside for nearly an hour by herself. She's only 8. She had 2 classes today and instead of attending her second class, she walked outside. When I pulled up she was just standing there outside crying, for nearly an hour, and nobody did anything. Unbelievable!

Ms Angela is wonderful with the children. Our little Reagan can be an handful and she is a different child when working with Angela! The front desk ladies are always smiling, cheerful and are very quick to greet you upon entering the building. The facility is clean and always decorated for the occasion. We couldn’t be happier with Interactive Academy.

We moved here five years ago and from word-of-mouth began gymnastics for our children. We homeschool and they have classes for homeschoolers two days a week. There have been many activities that have come and gone during these five years, but gymnastics at Interactive remains their favorite. Each week focuses on different skills and they are always monitoring the progress and safety of each child. The rare occasion of a minor injury has shown me the staff is competent and very quick to respond, if even for a band-aid.Last year we tried their swimming classes for three of our children. The younger two were very hesitant to try anything deeper than a wading pool so I was almost sure they would have a difficult beginning. I was wrong. If I could post a video of one of their first lessons I would. They are smiling, laughing and completely wet. My 10 year old went from beginner to a proficient swimmer (with an excellent freestyle) in just a few weeks! I can't say enough good about IA. A big thank you to the instructors for all their hard work (and the sweet ladies at the front desk- always patient with my questions!) We are looking forward to future classes and with an almost two year old- we have quite a few more to go. Highly Recommend!

Perfection! If there was such thing as perfect, Interactive Academy is the perfect school, as well as gymnastics academy. My son has gone to school there for 2 years and it honestly brings me to tears thinking about how well they have cared for him and taught him using different ways to accommodate him. My son will be in kindergarten next year and it breaks my heart that they don't have a school up to high school for the kids. The school is expensive but they know exactly what they are doing and it shows through the kids, the teachers, and the director. Thank you Interactive!
