Brand new amazing hot yoga studio in Carmel. Skye and Matt are passionate owners and they gave us a tour. So much detail and thought into everything and it shows. Unlimited monthly membership value is great for grand opening right now.Friendly, knowledgeable and thrilled to have them open!

Sky and Matt are absolutely incredible and the studio is so calming and welcoming. This was my first time trying hot yoga and I have completely fallen in love with it! Sky explains every move and also offers modifications that challenge you (if you choose to try them!). As someone very new to yoga it has been incredibly helpful to have Sky and Matt explain the moves and even at times adjust my stances! I would 100% recommend this studio!
