Fiance purchased a 1 month pass for me ($89) as a gift when it was still called A Better You Wellness. When I tried to redeem this, they had since changed their name to Recovery Room and they said they would only honor for a weekend or if I purchased an additional month for $99. What a joke, not to mention one of the people who runs the place is a creep.

Love the experience! I was dealing with a hip/glute injury. The Recovery Room helped me recover much faster. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped make the experience even better. I highly recommend!!

Dont even bother go to another clinic for Cryo or Sauna this is the best one, make the drive. They even have "local" cryo if you dont want your whole body cold they have a machine for just small areas reducing inflammation. They've given me complimentary healing services with some other advanced equipment that I could never afford. Gets busy make an appointment. They also have float tank and other stuff!!

The staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. Clean facilities with a very nice layout. They make you feel comfortable in a situation you might not be comfortable with going for the first time. I'd highly recommend!

I practically live here since it opened. Keeps an over the hill weekend warrior mobile. Guys are super outgoing and friendly, and ambience is great. Facility is always clean and well maintained. And they have a variety of therapeutic tools available to try under one roof at reasonable prices.

The staff is super friendly and they take the time to explain the science behind everything! I've been to some places like this before, but none of them seemed as knowledgeable about their equipment as A Better You Wellness!

Absolutely love this place! If you're an athlete, it's a great place for recovery before the next round of workouts.However, there is something for everyone. Float tanks for you to ease your mind, body and soul. Infrared sauna to help you detox, A full body cryo chamber to renew your body, local cryo, Normatec boots and a great team.
